In 2009 the HSE introduced a new ‘Health & Safety Law’ poster, which officially superseded the old one in April 2014, giving employers 5 years to replace their old one with the new version.

I’m currently working with the Careers Service, supporting them with their school work experience provision – health & safety checks.  During these visits I have found a lot of companies still displaying the ‘old’ law poster – this is now officially ‘obsolete’, therefore, these companies are deemed as ‘non-compliant’ and could incur a fine….!
